創業は明治32年。以来岡崎の地で126年目を迎える。仕出し屋に始まる料亭の名を世間に広めたのは、ハイカラ好みの初代が1966年に考案した「手をけ弁当」。当時、目新しさと美味しさは瞬く間に評判となりました。
